Yes. Credits purchased are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits will be automatically removed after this period. You can view your credit balance and expiration dates anytime from your user dashboard.
No. AI-powered audit results are advisory in nature and do not replace an official certification body audit. They are recommended as a pre-audit preparation tool.
The Document Module currently supports construction, metal, machinery, food, cleaning, and maritime industries. New industries are being added continuously.
You can upload PDF, DOCX, and DOC files to the audit module. Documents must be a maximum of 100,000 characters.
