These terms of service set out the conditions and rules regarding the use of the ISODraft (isodraft.com) platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Description

ISODraft is a consulting platform that enables businesses to carry out their ISO certification processes digitally. The platform consists of two main modules:

  • Document Module: Provides a service for creating and downloading industry-specific document templates compliant with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Audit Module: Provides AI-powered analysis and audit services for uploaded documents according to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001, 14064, and 14067 standards.

2. Scope and Limitations of Service

You acknowledge the following regarding the services provided by our platform:

  • AI-powered audit results are advisory in nature and do not constitute binding legal opinion.
  • Audit results do not replace an official certification body audit.
  • Document templates are general guides and may need to be adapted to the specific conditions of your business.
  • The platform does not contain the official texts of ISO standards; for standard texts, the relevant national standards bodies should be consulted.

3. User Obligations

As platform users, you:

  • Are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Are responsible for the content of documents you upload.
  • May not use the platform for illegal purposes.
  • Are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, software, logo, content, and document template structure of the ISODraft platform belong to ISODraft. Users:

  • May freely use documents they create through the platform for their own businesses.
  • May not distribute, sell, or commercially reproduce templates to third parties.
  • May not copy, reverse-engineer, or modify the platform's source code.

5. Payment, Credits and Refund Policy

Credits purchased by the user are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any credits remaining unused at the end of this 12-month period will be automatically deleted without refund. ISODraft provides credit balance and expiration date information through the user dashboard.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

ISODraft cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the platform. In particular:

  • Responsibility for decisions made based on AI-powered audit results lies with the user.
  • The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • The outcome of certification applications is beyond ISODraft's control.
  • ISODraft cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services.

7. Changes

ISODraft reserves the right to update these terms of service with prior notice. Updates are published on this page and become effective from the date of publication.

8. Governing Law

These terms of service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction in case of disputes.
