Credit purchases made through ISODraft are digital products/services delivered instantly upon purchase. For this reason, refunds are not issued for credits that have been purchased.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations on distance contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of digital content has been completed.

Credits you purchase are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any credits not used within this period are automatically removed; no refund or extension is provided for removed credits.
